Live quietly in the moment and see the beauty of all before you. The future will take care of itself.

When you think about it, food is what you put into your body everyday. How could it not play a major part in affecting your health either for good or bad?

Absolute perfection is here and now, not in some future, near or far. The secret is in action - here and now. It is your behaviour that blinds you to yourself. Disregard whatever you think yourself to be and act as if you were absolutely perfect - whatever your idea of perfection may be.

At times, challenges hit with the force of a roaring, rushing waterfall. The true test, however, is whether you can put your arms up and enjoy the feel of the water.

Millions of people never analyze themselves. Mentally they are mechanical products of the factory of their environment, preoccupied with breakfast, lunch, and dinner, working and sleeping, and going here and there to be entertained. They don’t know what or why they are seeking, nor why they never realize complete happiness and lasting satisfaction. By evading self-analysis, people go on being robots, conditioned by their environment. True self-analysis is the greatest art of progress.

philipchircop: NUGGETS OF WISDOM FROM EINSTEIN’S MOUTH

Today is his birthday! Albert Einstein was born on March 14, 1879, in Ulm, Germany. He spent much of his life as a scholar in Berlin. He wrote several monumental papers that changed the study of physics, including his development of the theory of relativity. Einstein’s work relied on his intuition.
Einstein was often asked to explain the general theory of relativity. “Put your hand on a hot stove for a minute, and it seems like an hour,” he once declared. “Sit with a pretty girl for an hour, and it seems like a minute. That’s relativity!”
If I were to start taking care of my grooming, I would no longer be my own self. | Einstein
Everything is determined by forces over which we have no control. It is determined for the insect as well as for the star. Human beings, vegetables, or cosmic dust—we all dance to a mysterious tune, intoned in the distance by an invisible piper. | Einstein
I believe that a simple and unassuming life is good for everybody, physically and mentally. | Einstein
A happy man is too satisfied with the present to dwell too much on the future. | Einstein
A hundred times a day I remind myself that my inner and outer lives are based on the labors of other people, living and dead, and that I must exert myself in order to give in the same measure as I have received and am still receiving. | Einstein
Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world. | Einstein
